STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1.Goods once sold will not be accepted for return unless proven defective at the time of supply.

2. All supplies are subject to standard industry tolerances: ±2% quantity and ±1 mm width for extruded zippers.

3.Minor variations in color, gauge, and appearance inherent to polymer extrusion shall not constitute defects.

4.Any claim relating to shortage, defect, or quality deviation must be submitted in writing within 7 days (1 week) from the date of sale, accompanied by clear evidence. Claims made thereafter shall not be entertained.

5.Risk and responsibility for delivery, handling, and transit remain with the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to dispatch.

6.Products must be stored and handled properly; SK Zippers bears no liability for issues arising from improper storage, exposure to heat/moisture, or downstream processing by the customer.

7. Payments must be made strictly as per agreed terms. Delayed payments shall attract interest at 18% per annum from the due date until realization.

8.SK Zippers’ maximum liability is limited exclusively to replacement of defective goods after due verification. No consequential, commercial, or production loss claims shall be accepted under any circumstances.

9.SK Zippers shall not be liable for delays or non-supply due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including shortages of raw materials, power outages, transportation strikes, or government restrictions.

10.All orders, supplies, and disputes are governed by the laws of India and fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Thane District Courts, Maharashtra.
